Change Minds
Change Minds is a project for people from north Norfolk and Norwich who live with mental health conditions.
Participants are involved in research into two 19th century case books from the Norfolk County Asylum.
The stories they uncover have been published online and used in exhibitions in Norwich and north Norfolk.
The project is supported by the Norfolk Record Office and mental health professionals.
