Parochial trusts and charities
These are records of local trusts usually established for poor relief, educational purposes or parish amenities, but occasionally for church maintenance as well.
They are prefixed with the letters PT and a list of collections (opens new window) is available in the online catalogue.
Documents relating to charities and trusts can also be found in the records of the ecclesiastical and civil parishes and in the archives of the city and borough councils.

Records of turnpike trusts are in the Norfolk County Council records.
